Make this simple sandwich on a busy day to save some time and to keep you full and satisfied.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ounces of tuna (1/2 a can)
- 1 tablespoon miracle whip or mayo
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped broccoli
- ½ a Persian cucumber sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon or lime juice (your choice)
- Dash of garlic powder
- 2 slices of bread
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients (but the cucumber and bread).
- Toast two slices of bread
- Place spread the tuna salad on the bread and place the cucumber on top. Close with other slice of bread. Enjoy!
