Description

Make this simple sandwich on a busy day to save some time and to keep you full and satisfied.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces of tuna (1/2 a can)
  • 1 tablespoon miracle whip or mayo
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped broccoli
  • ½ a Persian cucumber sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon or lime juice (your choice)
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • 2 slices of bread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients (but the cucumber and bread).
  2. Toast two slices of bread
  3. Place spread the tuna salad on the bread and place the cucumber on top. Close with other slice of bread. Enjoy!
