Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • Dash of onion powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

1. Peel and dice cucumber.

2. Cut tomatoes in halves.

3. Mix all ingredients well. Enjoy.
