Ingredients

- 1 medium cucumber
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup cooked chickpeas
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried mint
- Dash of onion powder
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
1. Peel and dice cucumber.
2. Cut tomatoes in halves.
3. Mix all ingredients well. Enjoy.
