Description

Nothing to warm your soul like a cup of bone broth seasoned with tons of goodness. Fill up your cup and sip on!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup organic bone broth
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon (more or less per your taste preference)
  • Dash of turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 2 mushrooms sliced (optional)
  • ¼ of an avocado cubed

Instructions

  1. On the stove heat up olive oil in a small pot then sauté mushrooms.
  2. Once mushrooms are cooked add the broth to the pot.
  3. Add lemon, salt, pepper, turmeric, and chopped cilantro.
  4. Once broth is warm remove from heat and place in a cup.
  5. Top with avocado and enjoy.

Notes

You can make your own bone broth if you choose or purchase organic bone broth at your local grocery store. Bone broth is typically found next to your regular broths.
