Description

Eat these right away or freeze a batch for a burst of energy later!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup medjool dates (pit removed)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds powder (or your preferred protein powder)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp flax or almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (optional)

Instructions

1. Place all above ingredients in food processor and pulse until a smooth texture has formed.

2. Roll into about 22 balls.

3. Store in the freezer and enjoy as you please.
