Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup medjool dates (pit removed)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds powder (or your preferred protein powder)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop collagen (optional)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp flax or almond milk (or your choice of milk)
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (optional)
Instructions
1. Place all above ingredients in food processor and pulse until a smooth texture has formed.
2. Roll into about 22 balls.
3. Store in the freezer and enjoy as you please.
