Description

This stir-fry is a dish the whole family will love and have the kids asking, “more please!”


Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 eggs scrambled
  • 1 12 ounce bag of cauliflower rice
  • 1 10 ounce bag of peas and carrot mixture
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (more if desired)
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add oil to skillet then add cauliflower, peas, and carrots.
  2. In a separate skillet scramble the eggs.
  3. Once the veggies are cooked add the eggs to the skillet.
  4. Season with soy sauce and black pepper.

Notes

You can add less or more soy sauce per your preference.
