Description
This stir-fry is a dish the whole family will love and have the kids asking, “more please!”
Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 eggs scrambled
- 1 12 ounce bag of cauliflower rice
- 1 10 ounce bag of peas and carrot mixture
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (more if desired)
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Add oil to skillet then add cauliflower, peas, and carrots.
- In a separate skillet scramble the eggs.
- Once the veggies are cooked add the eggs to the skillet.
- Season with soy sauce and black pepper.
Notes
You can add less or more soy sauce per your preference.
