Description

This blueberry dream smoothie is delicious for breakfast or a mid-morning snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • ½ to 1 cup flax milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or your nut butter of choice)
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed protein powder (or your protein powder of choice)
  • ¼ cup quick oats

Instructions

1. Place all above ingredients in a blender.

2. I typically use ½ cup flax milk because I like the thicker consistency. You will have to blend then get a spoon to mix the ingredients then blend again a few times to get everything blended. If you have more liquids it will be easier to blend.

3. Once everything has blended drizzle top with almond butter or another topping you would like.

Notes

If you would like a thicker consistency use less milk and if you would like a thinner consistency use more.
