Description

This healthy drink is great for breakfast for a mid-morning energy boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 banana (frozen of fresh)
  • 1 cup milk of your choice 
  • Small pinch of cinnamon or pumpkin spice  

Instructions

1. Place banana and milk in a blender.

2. Once mixed you can sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin spice  


Notes

You can use cows milk, cashew milk, soy milk, almond milk, or flaxmilk and this recipe will still be super delicious.
