This simple banana bread is low in sugar but will leave your sweet tooth satisfied.

Description

This simple banana bread is low in sugar but will leave your sweet tooth satisfied.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 very ripe bananas smashed
  • 2 cups baking flour
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix egg, honey, oil, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Smash bananas.
  4. Mix in bananas with egg, honey, oil, and vanilla mixture.
  5. Mix all dry ingredients.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  7. Spray bread pan. Pour in mixture.
  8. Bake for ~45 minutes (check with toothpick to make sure it is done).
  9. Remove from oven and let it cool.

Notes

Eat it as is, top it with whole milk vanilla greek yogurt, or your favorite nut butter. Try any or all of these combinations, you won’t be disappointed!
