Scale
  • 2.5 pounds fresh salmon fillet
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • ½ a fresh lime
  • 1 fresh lemon (optional)
  • Saffron (add a few pieces to a small dish and pour a little hot water over it and let it set for 5 minutes)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2.  Place aluminum foil on baking sheet to cover it then place salmon on top.

3. Pour saffron all over the salmon.

4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on top.

5. Add lime and onion.

6. Slice lemon thinly then place on top of salmon.

6. Cover it up with aluminum foil really well.

7. Bake for 25 minutes. Make sure middle is cooked before eating
